ORTLIEB’s 4 litre Top Tube Frame Pack is the ideal place to carry heavier items like tent poles, tools or food as the location keeps the weight central and low down for better handling. The design still allows access to water bottles cages within the front triangle, which also means that it can be used with some full-suspension mountain bikes too. Fully waterproof, and made with sturdy PU laminated ripstop nylon fabric, the bag is highly durable and provides excellent protection for the contents against rain and mud. Some of the hook and loop fasteners can be repositioned to fit a variety of frame shapes and sizes.
Sadly was too long for my quite standard size M carbon gravel frame (Orro Terra C.) No fault of the bag, but check sizing carefully if you don't have the round tubes of an Al, Ti or Steel frame which Ortlieb's diagrams suggest they designed the bag for. Looked great otherwise and I have other Ortlieb products that have served perfectly for 20+ years.
Usual Ortlieb quality, totally waterproof, seems to be very well made. Fits a Medium Rondo Ruut really well.
