1) Measure around the chest at the fullest part just under the arms.
2) Measure around the waist over the belly button.
3) Measure over the hip bones at the strongest point when standing.
Bought this for my first triatlon and it lived up to expectations. It is slim fit, quickdrying and also looks great. I bought a size L as I was between two sizes though sizing guide suggested M. It fits well, a little big on the legs but definitely not loose. Just right at shoulders and waist. Size medium would be better aero, but then risking it being too small at shoulders. Happy overall. 185cm 80kg.
Good fit and much easier for bathroom breaks having the zip top. Great value compared to some others.
