Helmet sizes are based on the circumference of your head. To determine the correct size, wrap a measuring tape around your head. Once you've determined the measurement, you can use the chart as a guide.
Bought this for a recent trip to the alps in the summer. Really light and good ventilation - would be 100% but one pair of glasses I had didn't quite fit with the helmet and caused a little pressure point above the ear. A change of glasses solved this so was OK in the end. Good price for a full spec MIPS helmet from a quality brand.
