These are really fast tyres. I am comparing with Pirelli TLR RS Nero version. Much lighter and easy to install on the rim. They obviously won't last very long, which is normal for a race tyres. For the sake of speed, I am happy to take that cons.
I’ve been running in 2 different sizes for the past month. Fitted tubeless and on modern internal rim width the 28mm inflates to 29.5 and 30mm up to 32mm measured width Easy to fit, inflate and genuinely ride very nice, 50miles I was happy I’d decided to try something else other than everyday allrounder GP5000 STR. Maybe unlucky, the next 200miles I had a couple of punctures riding the same roads I have for years. They sealed ok, when inspected I found a couple of nasty little cuts. Tyres are fine and riding but I think this is the cost of the suppleness. I don’t think this would have happened to the conti’s but that’s an opinion rather than fact I would buy again that’s for sure but would do so knowing they’re a little more fragile than either the STR or STR TT’s I’ve used for the last few years

Hi there, Yes, Pirelli list the P ZERO Race SL R as hookless compatible, in 28 mm and wider, on rims with a 22 to 25 mm internal width and kept within the tyre's maximum pressure. One thing worth checking alongside that: your wheel brand keeps its own approved-tyre list for hookless, so it's worth confirming the tyre is on it for your specific rims. Many thanks Joe W
