This saddle looks unusual out of the box. The combination of the snub nose and large cut out make it stand out and will draw attention from your riding buddies at the post ride cafe stop. Plus, it really is light, and well made. You could easily be looking at a weight saving of 100g over a standard steel or titanium railed saddle. Fitting the saddle is straightforward provided that your seatpost clamp allows for oval 7mm X 9mm saddle rails. The rail guides allow you to dial in the fore and aft adjustment to your liking. Having ridden over 200 km on this saddle over rolling terrain so far, I have to say that it has impressed me with the level of comfort. In particular, when riding in the drops or in an aggressive flat backed position the shorter nose and cut out mean that the pressure on your undercarriage is massively reduced, whilst still providing support for the sit bones. The saddle material is also nice and grippy and helps to keep you in a fixed position so you don't slide around whilst putting the power down. For me, the only thing that detractsfrom this saddle is the wide nose, which may rub against the inside of your thighs when you sit back in the saddle during long climbs if you have larger thighs. + Very comfortable when riding in aggressive and aero positions. + Really light + Well made - Wide nose may rub on thighs in certain positions - Aesthetic may not be to everybody's tastes.
