1. Chest - Measure the circumference around the widest part of your chest, just under the arms.
2. Waist - Measure the circumference around your natural waist at its narrowest point.
Once again, Q36.5 brings quality, great shorts & fairly warm. When coupled with long leg warmers, these are very good. The front could do with coming higher up as winter shorts & not as fleecy as a pair of winter DHB shorts, which are still the best winter shorts I’ve had.
