1. Chest - Measure the circumference around the widest part of your chest, just under the arms.
2. Waist - Measure the circumference around your natural waist at its narrowest point.
Love these tights a longer version of their fab shorts which I love wearing. Never had a chamois so thin performed so comfortably. The tights are made of similar material and excellent design. The only downside is that they are bit baggy on me in XL which is odd given my size. But I put it down more to my shape perhaps - thin calf’s! So that aside I recommend :)
