Santa Cruz Heckler CC X01 Reserve 27.5" Electric Mountain Bike 2020
A carbon fibre, electric bike with all the performance requirements you need to make the most of the trails, the Santa Cruz Heckler CC X01 Reserve 27.5" Electric Mountain Bike uses a FOX 36-E Float Performance Elite that offers 160mm of travel. Keeping things in check landing jumps, the RockShox Super Deluxe Select Ultimate rear shock is more than up to the task, especially when you take the 150mm of travel on the frame's Virtual Pivot Point (VPP) into consideration. RockShox's Reverb Stealth seatpost uses dropper technology to further improve handling and comfort over more challengable terrain.
Braking and gearing are taken care of with the help of SRAM's Code RSC hydraulic disc brakes and X01 Eagle, 12-speed components. The wheels are built using Santa Cruz Reserve 30 V2 27.5" Carbon rims, DT Swiss 350 hubs and DT Swiss Competition Race spokes. These wheels are paired with Maxxis Minion DHR II, 27.5x2.6 EXO+ TR tyres. These are tubeless, allowing you to run lower pressures, safe in the knowledge the tubeless setup will reduce the chances of punctures.
Adding a boost to your weekend adventures, the Shimano 504Wh Integrated battery can be controlled using a Shimano E7000 remote, with the mode and battery life displayed on the Shimano Display Unit E8000.
A Santa Cruz Di2 Carbon handlebar has 25mm of rise and is finished with Santa Cruz Palmdale grips to further enhance handling.
