Easy to clip into and release, but with a stable fit for maximum power transfer to the pedals. Wider cleat and binding mechanism for better shoe/pedal contact than traditional SPD systems.
I bought these pedals after initially ordering the lower spec but decided I might as well go carbon as Sigma had a great sale on. Needless to say to pedals from Shimano are great. The service from Sigma was excellent; very quick turnaround and customer service.
