Sidi T-5 Air Triathlon Shoes
Shave the seconds of your best race times in the Sidi T-5 Air Triathlon Shoes. Designed for efficient power transfer, high comfort and ease of use, the 'Twelve' carbon composite sole is stiff and light, and the vented Politex upper supple yet strong. The closure is via two Velcro straps and there's a heel cup to stabilise your foot and prevent slipping when you're putting the power down. When it comes to transition, you'll be ready to jump on the bike faster thanks to the pull-tab on the heel.

Sizing note: Sidi shoes run small and have a narrow fit. On length: if you're between sizes, size up. On width: if you have a wider foot, choose the Wide Fit version — don't try to compensate with a larger size in the standard.
Measure your foot by following these steps:
1) Place a piece of paper on the floor with the shortest side against the wall.
2) Put your bare foot on the paper with the heel pressing against the wall.
3) Make a mark on the paper at the tip of your longest toe.
4) Use a ruler to measure the distance between the mark you've just made and the bottom of the paper where your heel was placed. Round to the nearest mm.
Always measure both feet to get the most accurate size. If you find that your right and left foot are different in lengths, it is recommended that you opt for the larger size.
