The Diverge Expert features a FACT 9r carbon frame that is both lightweight and highly capable. SRAM’s combination of Rival, GX, and NX components ensures smooth and efficient shifting, with an 11-50 cassette providing the gearing to tackle any gradient. Rolling on Roval Terra C wheels with 42mm Pathfinder Pro tyres, it is ready for any adventure. The setup is completed with Adventure Gear alloy handlebars, a Roval Terra carbon seatpost, and a Power Expert saddle.

To maximise capability, the Diverge incorporates SWAT internal storage, borrowed from the legendary Stumpjumper. The SWAT door in the downtube allows for convenient storage of tools, spares, nutrition, and even a lightweight jacket, keeping weight low on the bike for improved handling.

The Diverge’s progressive gravel geometry enhances stability and confidence off-road while maintaining a nimble feel on tarmac. A longer reach, slacker head tube, and increased fork offset provide a planted ride, with shorter stems ensuring lively steering. A carefully positioned bottom bracket strikes the perfect balance between stability and compatibility with both 700c and 650b wheels.

Future Shock 2.0 delivers 20mm of axial compliance with a hydraulic damper, keeping the rider suspended rather than the bike. This ensures improved control and efficiency over rough terrain while reducing fatigue in the hands, arms, and neck. With an adjustable damper, it is optimised for both gravel tracks and smooth roads.

Practicality is at the heart of the Diverge, with multiple mounting points for racks and accessories, including fork and top tube mounts, allowing riders to carry all they need for extended adventures. Tyre clearance is maximised, with space for 47mm tyres on 700c wheels or up to 2.1” on 650b wheels, thanks to a drive-side chainstay design that maintains strength without relying on a dropped stay.
