This Phenom Comp Women's Specific Saddle improves comfort, particularly for women who often experience pain, swelling or numbness, by improving blood flow through the Body Geometry design, and relieving pressure. A Mimic multilayer material replaces the classic cut out, and uses a mixture of different foams - memory, soft and firm, plus a thermoplastic rubber - that support and protect your soft tissues. The padding is of a medium density to ensure a good combination of cushioning and ride feel, and the Cr-Mo rails are strong and durable.
With SWAT™-compatible mounts moulded into the saddle base, you've got the option to integrate your storage, keeping the aesthetics clean and sleek.
Brilliant saddle for me, I have 2 of them now on different bikes. Not really sure why they are marketed as a women's saddle Just because of the mimic. But I need a 168 after being measured and this fits the bill. Just enough padding to be comfortable whilst keeping the slim look.
Good saddle but I was still getting intense pressure on the ol’ lady parts. I think I need a saddle with a big cut out and one that’s more T shaped. I was hoping this saddle would solve my issues as it’s so highly rated, but I guess not.

Fill a ziplock bag with flour, place it on a chopping board or similar to provide a firm surface and then put it on a step on the stairs that allow your body to mimic a reasonable body position on the bike. A chair might be two high to achieve this. Lean forward a bit. Your pelvis will make two indentations in the flour. Stand up carefully - or have an accomplish give you a hand to pull you up so you avoid disturbing the flour. Measure the distance between the centres of the two indentations and use Specialized’s size guide to determine the saddle that best suits. Homemade Playdoh is also suitable - a quick online search will reveal a home recipe.
