Measure the circumference of the head horizontally around the temples.
My head measure 59 & the medium fits very well. It’s comfortable to wear, vents very well even when worn in the Alps with temps in high 20’s, in fact it kept a lot of sun off my head! Sunglasses holder works very well with Oakley & SunGod glasses. Good amount of adjustment to get a correct fit
I haven’t bought a new helmet for a few years, this one feels light and very comfortable, hopefully I’ll never test its full safety features but so far I’m very pleased with it.
