Love this helmet. Pony tail needs to sit below the cage other wise it hurts my head so I wouldn’t advise buying it solely for the pony tail access

Specialized Propero III MIPS Helmet
The Propero III MIPS Helmet is great value, yet doesn't compromise on technology, packing in many of the features of Specialized's top-of-the-line S-Works Prevail. The fit is highly adjustable thanks to the HairPort FSL II fit system, and a Tri-Fix web splitter ensures comfort in the helmet strap. Even on the hottest days and during tough training sessions, the 4th Dimension Cooling System with Mega Mouthport will keep you fresh, and the soft 4X DryLite webbing wicks sweat but won't lose its shape over time.
MIPS protection ensures you're as safe as possible in the event of an impact, significantly reducing the risk of head injuries. This helmet is compatible with Specialized's latest safety feature; ANGi. This integrated sensor measures linear and rotational forces, and if a potential crash is detected, it will link to the Ride app on your smartphone. Starting a countdown, this can be switched off if all is okay, but if not cancelled, a text alert with GPS coordinates will be sent to your emergency contacts.

I’ve had the old Propero for a few years now, this new version is a better fit, for me, much more comfy. I used to get occasional pressure marks when wearing a cap underneath, but this one is better in that respect. Would like a chunkier strap clip- can be a bit fiddly with cold fingers
