Despite the description here this stem does fit the future shock 1.0. The key thing is that you need to remove the “top hat” shim from your existing future shock and fit the slimmer shim available from Specialized. See instructions below.

Specialized S-Works Future Stem
The Specialized S-Works Future Stem has this year made its debut on the 2020 Roubaix models and is compatible with 1.5 and 2.0 Future Shock front suspension systems and the Accessory Mount. Engineered to be stiff and responsive, it will dramatically improve the ride quality and feel, and the stem has a six-degree rise and is available in a range of lengths to best suit your setup.
Compatibility
- This stem works with 1.5 and 2.0 future shocks
- If you wish to make a stem length change on your current Future Stem equipped, 2020 Roubaix you require no additional parts
- If you wish to upgrade to a Future Stem on your Future-Shock equipped bike, you will require shim (Part Number: S204800001)
