Specialized Stumpjumper Expert Carbon 29 Mountain Bike 2020
Few names are so recognisable and have garnered such praise since their inception than the Specialized Stumpjumper Mountain Bike, and this Expert Carbon 29 model continues to carry the torch for its forebearers. The asymmetric Fact 11m carbon frame effortlessly balances control with performance over rough ground and with the sidearm design it's lighter as well for better handling. Stiffness has also been enhanced by directly connecting all three mounting points of the rear-end and shock to the frame so that it climbs better and feels more responsive when you need it to be.
The bike's lightweight frame is furnished with an appropriately high-performance kit, including 29" Roval carbon wheels, Fox Float 3-position fork with 150mm of travel and a 3-position Fox Float rear shock, all of which combine to help smooth out the trail, absorb hits and carry speed. The quality SRAM GX Eagle drivetrain keeps the gears shifting sweetly and the 1X setup with wide 10-50t cassette keeps maintenance low without compromising range. And when the trail really starts to tilt downward use the X-Fusion dropper post to give maximum freedom of movement.
