Specialized Stumpjumper FSR Pro Carbon Evo 29" Mountain Bike 2019
The Stumpjumper FSR Pro Carbon EVO 29" Mountain bike is an all-new kind of trail bike from Specialized, blurring the line between full-on downhill bike and trail bike. Aimed at riders who hit their rides hard and need a bike that can keep up through rock gardens, off big drops and over huge kickers.
The EVO frames are longer, lower and slacker than before, with a unique sizing system that isn’t governed simply by the seat tube measurement but rather should be chosen based on riding style and terrain. Stiffness has been one of the watchwords for Specialized as they developed this range, and they claim a 20% increase in efficiency, whilst also dropping 100 grams from the weight of the rear triangle.
Key to this kind of riding is the suspension set up, and Specialized have paid a lot of attention to this area so that the 140mm FOX DHX2 Performance Elite shock with Rx Trail Tune is adjusted to be sitting right in the middle of its range, allowing the maximum possible scope for fine-tuning. Switching the Flip Chip allows the bottom bracket to drop and slackens the head tube angle by half a degree for further customisation. The matched FOX FLOAT 36 Performance Elite fork with GRIP2 damper gives 150mm of complementary controlled travel.
The chassis is complemented perfectly by SRAM’s 12-speed GX Eagle groupset and the seriously powerful SRAM Code RSC brakes with four-piston calipers and 200mm rotors, all ready to take on some heavy duty usage. The Specialized Command Post IRcc offers 160mm of travel and a remote lever for quick and easy adjustments.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
