Thanks to its refined SL 1.1 motor and accompanying long-lasting battery, the Specialized Turbo Creo SL Expert EVO Carbon Electric Gravel Bike provides powerful pedalling assistance up to a maximum speed of 15.5 mph / 25 km/h during mixed-terrain adventures of up to 80 miles. The power is delivered intuitively to match the rider’s cadence, promising a more natural feel, while the battery can be recharged in just over two and a half hours, keeping time between rides to a minimum.

A Mastermind TCU handlebar unit controls the motor’s assistance level and provides detailed ride metrics and battery charge status. Additionally, the system can be linked to the Mission Control smartphone app for further tuning, battery monitoring and ride recording. The motor system’s attributes are completed with an integrated power meter, enabling the rider to train with heightened accuracy and time efficiency.

A light, laterally stiff and vertically compliant FACT 11r carbon frame promotes a lively and comfortable ride, and the fork’s Future Shock 2.0 damping unit smooths bumps and road vibrations, markedly lowering rider fatigue. Responsive and strong carbon rimmed Roval C38 wheels are shod with grippy, fast-rolling tubeless-ready tyres and are propelled by a slick-shifting, wide-ranging SRAM Rival/NX Eagle wireless electronic gear setup.
