Topeak’s Frontloader Handlebar Bag consists of a tough outer support harness for stability and an eight-litre dry bag with air valve so that its volume can be reduced to the minimum. Perfect for carrying light, bulky items like a sleeping bag or tent, the harness attaches to the front handlebar by two top straps and a head tube strap for stability. Rubber spacers allow the height of the load to be adjusted to suit the handlebar configuration and two quick-release buckles secure the bag within the harness.

Can take a little work to fit in such a way that it does not interfere with cabling on drop bars. if it came with more spacers I'd give it 5 stars. However, I installed it a little off centre as I have no front derailleur - can then mount dry bag to balance weight and it's 100% solid. Good product.
