Trek Domane SL 7 eTap Disc Road Bike Gen 4 2023
Fast, versatile and comfortable, Trek's Domane SL 7 eTap Disc Road Bike Gen 4 can turn its hand to anything, making it a great high-performance, multi-disciplinary option.
The frame is made from Trek’s 500 Series OCLV Carbon that balances weight, stiffness and strength whilst also featuring their IsoSpeed technology for a much smoother ride. IsoSpeed allows the rider to be better isolated from small bumps, irregularities and vibrations from the road surface for less fatigue and more speed without reducing the efficiency of the power transfer. Clearance for tyres up to 38mm wide means that there are plenty of opportunities to explore less well-travelled lanes and trails in comfort and there are top tube mounts for a bag and an internal storage compartment in the downtube that provide ample room for nutrition, spares and tools.
Updated Kammtail tube shapes ensure that the frame is aerodynamic at speed without any undue weight being added and the design is Trek’s 1.5, endurance-biased geometry that allows for a fast, efficient position which is also comfortable enough for long sportives and even multi-day trips. The very handy addition of hidden mudguard mounts also means that this bike could even be used as a year-round option for riders who don’t want to forgo speed and performance when training in the wetter months.
Fully wireless for ease of set-up and maintenance, SRAM’s Force drivetrain offers effortless, accurate gear changes every time, whatever the situation and with a very wide range of ratios on offer every situation is catered for. The crankset even includes a power meter for measuring race efforts or training more efficiently. The intuitive shifting is done via just one paddle on either side so there is no chance of a miss-shift, even when wearing long-fingered gloves, and hydraulic disc brakes ensure full control at all times, whatever the terrain or conditions. Connection to SRAM’s AXS app gives the option to customise some shifting functions as well as access to other system data.
With mid-depth carbon rims, the Bontrager Aeolus Pro 37 wheels are as versatile as the rest of the bike. Light enough for uphill efforts, sufficiently aero to confer an advantage at speed and robust enough to tackle rough roads and lanes. Furthermore, they won’t be troubled by crosswinds so handling remains predictable and confidence-inspiring at all times.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
