Trek Project One Slash 9.8 XT 29" Mountain Bike 2020
The Project One Slash 9.8 XT 29" Mountain Bike from Trek is built to take on the biggest course and toughest runs on the enduro calendar. The OCLV Mountain Carbon frame has 150mm of travel from the RockShox Deluxe RT3 shock, and features the clever Knock Block device that prevents the fork crown from hitting the down tube. The frame also has a Mino Link that allows the geometry to be altered by 0.5 degrees at the head tube and drops the bottom bracket by 10mm to change the handling. RockShox’s Lyrik Select Plus provides 160mm of controlled travel that is plush enough to iron out the small bumps as well as being ready for the big hits.
4-piston Shimano SLX hydraulic brakes add fade-free control whilst the 12-speed XT drivetrain has 10-51-tooth cassette that is perfect for climbing as well as descending. There is a Bontrager Line Elite Dropper seatpost to enable the saddle to be quickly lowered and raised as the terrain demands, and the 29” Boost wheels are both stiff and roll well allowing as much speed as possible to be carried down the course.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
