Trek Rail 5 625W SX Eagle Electric Mountain Bike
With the capabilities of a non-electric mountain bike, plus an added boost to help you up the climbs after those fast, fun descents, the Trek Rail 5 625W SX Eagle Electric Mountain Bike will have you riding further, faster. The light yet durable Alpha Platinum Aluminium frame is paired to a RockShox 35 Gold RL fork and gives you 160mm and 150mm of bump-smoothing travel front and rear respectively so you can hit the roughest trails at speed.
Featuring much of the technology found on SRAM's top-end groupset, SX Eagle 12-speed offers smooth shifting performance and has a wide 11-50 tooth cassette and 36T chainring in a 1x setup. The dropper post, with frame size-specific travel, means you can quickly move the saddle out of the way as you hit drops, jumps and steep descents. Bontrager hubs and Alex rims make a strong wheel build and the bike rolls on Schwalbe's Nobby Nik Evo 29" tyres, great all-rounders that are easy to convert to tubeless and provides excellent protection against punctures.
Housed inside the down tube is the 625Wh battery which powers the Bosch Performance Line CX motor mounted in the bottom bracket. Smaller and lighter than previous models, sleek aesthetics are retained, and when the motor is not in use or you hit the 25km/hour limit, the bike won't feel overly heavy or sluggish. A Bosch Purion display allows complete control overriding modes from its handlebar position and you can view all your essential data.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
