Joe,

Nice bars, stiff, lightweight and with a decent flare to them. A good upgrade for my Tarmac SL6. I bought the 38cm variant for a 54 bike. Hasn't caused any handling issues at all.

Peter,

I bought this handlebar for my Trek Émonda SLR 7 to replace the stock carbon fibre Bontrager bars which were far too wide. I got the 38 cm. Much nicer. No issues with handling or control and it offers a more aero, ergonomic position. I realised after many years of neck pain that the wide bar was causing the problem which has now been resolved with the new bars. You could argue that my bike frame warrants a higher spec carbon bar, but I couldn’t get a 38 cm version of the model of my choice (the now discontinued Zipp SL70 Aero carbon) and also I didn’t want to put the money into an alternative carbon bar. I don’t think it matters because this bar is stiff, especially in the 38 cm variant. Zipp do a cheaper version, but if you can, just get this one as it is stiffer and lighter. The next step up is into carbon.
