Giro 2014 Product Launch | Sigma Sports

Giro have continued to build upon their solid range of 2013 shoes and helmets, increasing the 2014 line up to include some interesting new designs as well as updating some of the best selling products of 2013.

The Giro Empire Road Shoe was a product that attracted a lot of attention in 2013. The Empire returns for 2014 in exciting new colourways, including; Fluro Yellow and Fluro Orange (pictured above), still with the same neo-traditional design that caused a stir in 2013 the Empire is a shoe that offers performance and head turning aesthetics in equal measures.

The Factor ACC shoe sits below the Prolight SLX II at the top of the Giro shoe range and features many of the same cutting edge technologies found on the top-of-the-line shoe. With a super breathable and ultra-supple EvoFiber upper, bonded to a stiff and light Easton ACC carbon sole, the Factor ACC will be available in striking White/Black and Red/white.

Brand new to the Giro range in 2014 is the Republic shoe, designed for the adventurous cyclist that may experience a multitude of riding disciplines in the same day. The casual styling of the republic makes it perfect for the commuter or the weekend rider that demands a shoe that is equally equipped for walking as well as riding.

Love them or hate them, aero road helmets were undeniably the hot products of 2013, Giro's Air Attack was the first to the market and returns for 2014 in new colourways that are perfectly matched to the rest of the Giro range so that you are able to coordinate head to toe. Pictured is the new Highlight Yellow Air Attack with Shield, a perfect match to the Fluro Yellow Empire shoes featured above.

The Giro Aspect is similar to the Republic shoe in that it has been designed with the pioneering rider in mind. Still offering all the performance of Giro's top-end road helmets, but with subtle styling and enhanced comfort details that will suit the commuter just as much as the Sunday century rider. The Aspect comes with a removable soft peak, making the Aspect equally at home on the trails as it is on the road.
