Assos Mille GT Thermo Rain Shell Overtrouser
The Assos Mille GT Thermo Rain Shell Overtrouser is designed for hardy riders who prefer to battle the wettest and coldest days rather than sit on an indoor turbo trainer. The upper portion of the design is constructed from NEOS Ultra PU coated material to completely block rain and biting winds. The more exposed lower leg sections utilise slightly thicker, three-layer NEOS Mild fabric for increased protection against freezing cold road spray. Both materials are lightweight and highly breathable to avoid the rider overheating when the effort level is more demanding.
A slim cut avoids excess material flapping and allows room underneath for bib tights to be worn without restriction. The broad, AZPtech smooth-wrap waist promotes a pressure-free fit and has a taller rear portion with silicone grippers to keep everything perfectly positioned. The slightly shorter leg length and raw cut cuffs afford bulk-free mating with overshoes, while reflective bands around the lower legs promote 360° visibility.

I bought these as a Chridtmas "don't need them, but can't think of anything for Christmas" purchase, and they were asked game changer. much more aero/better bit than any alternative hardshell and better than an extra layer of tights. they were packable enroute, kept me dry, stayed up connected well with s shakedry hardshell and high shoe covers I already had. Open question on durability as for this money I expect to still be using in 4/5 years. in tfst sense, a gamble
