The bottom bracket sits at the heart of the drivetrain - one of the smallest components on a bike, and the one most likely to creak when worn. The C-Bear PF30 Ceramic Bottom Bracket replaces the bearings in your PF30 frameset with sealed ceramic units, delivering measurably lower rolling resistance through the pedal stroke. For road and gravel riders chasing efficiency, it is a small upgrade that pays back across every long ride.

Construction & Materials
Each cup is CNC machined from solid aluminium to tight tolerances, then paired with a sealed ceramic bearing. Ceramic running surfaces are harder and smoother than steel - the result is less friction, less heat, and a longer service interval. An all-condition seal protects the bearings against the grit, dust and water that typically kill standard alloy bottom brackets within a season.

Compatibility
Fits any frameset with a PF30 bottom bracket shell - 68mm road shell width, 46mm internal diameter. Three spindle-compatibility options cover the major crankset standards in the road and gravel space: Shimano Hollowtech II, SRAM DUB and Rotor / FSA.
