This helmet is well made and light, and comes with two different inner padded pieces. the extra padded insert features a mesh lining to keep bugs coming in the front vents. Sadly though the fit on the M was not great for me. I'm a 56cm head circumference, so the M at 54-59 should work, but sadly it didn't. I tried each of the rear height adjustments and on every setting the disc was at maximum lock and still the helmet had too much movement. Unfortunately the S was too tight (tried in local bike shop), so effectively this great priced lid somehow does not fit me at all! However it will be fine for most folks and at this price, this helmet packs a lot is and the quality is excellent.

The helmet was very well made, with good colour way and looks. However it has a very odd shape internally. Long and narrow, which meant it was too tight on the sides and too much space front and back. Had to return and ordered a Kask small instead.
