Finish Line Fiber Grip is the carbon-fibre installation paste used by mechanics to prevent slip and over-tightening on carbon stems, bars, seatposts and frames.

Creates friction at the clamp interface, eliminating the need to over-torque. Available in 50g tube and 450g tub - select the size that matches your workshop volume.

Description

What it does
Finish Line Fiber Grip is specially formulated to create friction and reduce slippage between clamped carbon fibre surfaces. The result is that you can tighten clamps to the manufacturer's recommended torque - rather than over-tightening to stop slip - eliminating the internal fractures and component fatigue that over-torquing causes. Tested and approved by leading carbon fibre component manufacturers.

Use it for
Apply a thin film to the contact areas of carbon stems, handlebars, seat posts and seat tubes before clamping. Ensures optimum clamping force is applied at manufacturer-recommended torque. Available in 50g tube (single-bike build or occasional use, useful for travel) and 450g tub (regular workshop use). Select the size that matches your workshop volume.
