There is a design fault with these shoes. The stiff synthetic tongue finishes too high and cuts into the front of your ankle. I was limping after my first ride after wearing these shoes. Very disappointed.

Developed to perfectly blend comfort and performance, the Fizik Tempo Decos Carbon Road Cycling Shoes are versatile enough for racing, training and big days on the bike. The style is minimalistic and smart, with a single bi-directional BOA dial for fine-tuning the fit and making micro-adjustments mid-ride.
The outsole is as stiff as Fizik makes them, constructed from unidirectional carbon, maximising pedalling efficiency and ensuring all your watts are transferred through the pedals. There's a wide vent inlet and deep internal channelling to create good airflow over the feet, keeping you cool through hard efforts.
Pedal Compatibility
These shoes are compatible with road pedal systems utilising the 3-bolt cleat system such as Shimano SPD SL, Look Keo/Blade, Time Atac etc...
