Comfortable shoes, simple and look good. I initially found the Boas difficult to release, but mainly because slightly different to my old shoes. Seem to work fine now. Loosen a lttle bit while riding.

The Fizik Vento Omna Road Cycling Shoes are perfect you're gearing up for your first race or conquering epic climbs, Omna packs the right features for your ride. With a lightweight and comfy PU upper, it's all about ventilation.
The closure system uses BOA® textile lace guides to balance tension and eliminate pesky pressure spots. The single BOA® Fit System lets you fine-tune your fit for maximum performance without sacrificing comfort.
The revamped R5 nylon outsole offers just the right blend of comfort and stiffness for efficient pedalling. Cleat positioning is subtly shifted for optimal efficiency and reduced knee compression. Plus, a wide vent inlet ensures a cool breeze, keeping you in control of your ride.

Fizik shoes are built with a performance fit: true to size in length but with a narrow, low-volume toe box. Do not size up — it won't solve a width issue. As I had used Fixik before I selected this make again, unfortunately although I thought I had selected the wide fitting clearly I had not! The returns process was very good and soon ended up with money paid back in my account. Ordered some different shoes in wide fitting from Sigma and can only say I’m much happier with the result!
