As a member of the new generation of Antares saddles, the Fizik Vento Antares 00 Saddle retains many iconic design features that made the original one of the most popular among leading athletes.
The Antares is a slightly waved saddle with a transition from nose to wing that facilitates efficient pedalling in all riding positions. Whether attacking a climb or maintaining tempo on flat terrain, this saddle is designed to provide support. Moving fore and aft is made easier by a flatter, slightly wider nose, which serves as an optimal base for power production.
The Vento Antares features an ergonomic cut-out, developed using detailed pressure analysis and input from medical experts, to relieve pressure and facilitate blood flow.
The Vento Antares 00 is designed for riders seeking a performance saddle that doesn’t sacrifice comfort. As a performance option, the Antares has been race-proven by athletes worldwide, from those competing on roads to cyclocross and cross-country riders.
The 00 is the lightest option in the range, with low-profile injected EVA padding to save weight, combined with an incredibly stiff, high-modulus full-carbon shell and rails, all tuned to improve power and save weight.
