These off-road shoes are compatible with MTB-style pedal systems utilising the 2-bolt cleat system such as Shimano SPD, Look Trekking and X-Track, crank brothers Candy etc..
Fizik shoes are built with a performance fit: true to size in length but with a narrow, low-volume toe box. Do not size up — it won't solve a width issue. Accurate sizing guidance can be gained by measuring the length of your feet from the back of the heels to the tip of the big toe. This measurement corresponds to the "Foot Length" column in our size chart.
New to wearing Fizik footwear but very impressed! The Vento Proxy Gravel Shoe is a nice snug fit and the single BOA tightening adjustment is more than satisfactory and provides all the support your foot requires. Very durable, as the shoes have now been used in all weathers and made from ideal upper materials. Even the bright pink and orange compo has made hearts flutter ... especially mine but I do have a cardiac condition!
