First there were delivery issues caused by royal mail, then when the chain eventually arrived it only had half of the connecting link in it. After waiting so long I used half of an old one rather then send it back and wait another couple of weeks. The box was slightly tatty and easy to open so I guess it wasn't new and was probably a return.
