Couldn't be more pleased with this bike. Great features and spec for the price. My only small criticism is that the stem is too short - I bought a large frame and I'm just under 6 feet. My knees bashed the bar when climbing out of the saddle. I've changed it for a 100mm stem and it's much better. The tyres come tubeless ready and are easily converted assuming you have a suitable pump. Great service from Sigma as well. Have risen the bike on road and off-road and it performs really well. Top-end speed is a little restricted on road by the 40x11 top ration but that's not what you buy a bike like this for. Will climb up virtually anything...

Really loving my Kinesis G2. Handles everything you throw at it. It’s really fast on the road, zipping along smoothly. It’s good on the gravel, especially on compact footpaths, very stable. Gear range all you need, I’ve done very steep, loose gravel slopes and steep roads and it has been easy. You can still pump a bit on the downhills. Components ace, gears very reliable, although can be clunky in the changes, to be expected with enthusiast level, will upgrade at some point. I have a medium and I’m about 178cm - loads of room - I think 180cm and above start thinking about large. It looks great too. The green blends beautifully with your surroundings, rather than being some obnoxious standout. Put brown bar tape and it has a lovely retro look. Was looking at canyon Grizl but I’d be worried about thieves constantly, and the ribble 725 which looks boring (sorry). So this is sleek, stylish but at first look won’t catch a thief’s eye. I love that it’s not peppered with mount screws, has pannier mounts and I don’t mind a backpack, but if your main use is touring might not suit.
