Purchased 21mm wide for converting Fulcrum 700 disc brake wheel. Rim size 622 x 19. Rim and tape kept at room temperature to aid adhesion. Cleaned rim until all traces of previous tape had been removed. Followed video and written instructions exactly. Pushed air bubbles along the well to spoke holes using thumb. Fitted Mavic UST 28 tyre with inner tube inflated to 80psi for 24 hours. Removed tube, refitted tyre, valve, filled with 30ml of Stans and inflated to 60psi. Spun and left for 24 hrs. No leaks or loss of air. I only applied one layer of tape so there is enough on the roll for 4 wheels. I highly recommend this tape for the price and quality, but it's performance will only be as good as the preparation and how the rim tape is applied.

Reviews
This tape is the perfect balance of stiffness and flexibility, I used 25mm tape on Mavic Aksiums which has a 19mm internal width. Mavic recommended 25mm tape which I thought might be too wide but when applying it if you move the tape side to side a little it centres on the rim and the tape goes up the sides to the bead, therefore the tire doesn’t lift the edge of the tape when removing the tire. Follow the instructions and you won’t go wrong, it sorted out long term problems I had.

Hi there! I have Giant PR2 622x17 rims. The Muc-Off site suggests 19mm width tape (which you guys don't seem to stock) for a 17mm internal rim width. Would a 21mm width be suitable also? I'm presuming 17mm would be too narrow. Many thanks!
Hi there, Go for the 21 mm. You want the tape a touch wider than the 17 mm channel; 19 mm would be ideal but 21 mm works well. 17 mm is too narrow. Many thanks Joe W
