Had this for a few weeks , used it for a middle distance Tri (90k) work well , filling on the move can result in lots of splashing over you and your bike computer if fitted on the mount . Straw stiff so watch your teeth on the bumps . Fitted a cheap bite valve (£1:99 decathlon) and with that it is great
