About SRAM
Reinventing the ride, one component at a time.
Founded in Chicago in 1987 with a single product — Grip Shift — SRAM has spent four decades reinventing how riders interact with their bikes. From the first wireless electronic groupset to today's AXS ecosystem, the brand keeps asking the same question: how do we make the next ride better?
Wireless. Configurable. Ride-aware. SRAM's AXS platform replaces a tangle of cables and proprietary protocols with a single, app-driven ecosystem that spans road, gravel and mountain. Components talk to each other and to you.
