I am very satisfied, i never go out for a ride unless i have some capsules in my pocket.I sweat a lot, needed something to boost me, usually swallow one every hour to hour and a half,on hot days. I regularly use the standard salt stick tablets without any issues. Should I be able to simarly use the caffeine one without issue. Is there much difference between them?
