Schwalbe G-One Allround Performance TLE Tubeless-Ready Road/Gravel Bike Tyre
Amalgamating high levels of puncture protection, low rolling resistance and generous levels of grip, the Schwalbe G-One Allround Performance TLE (Tubeless Ready) Tyre is an excellent choice for fast riding on rough roads, gravel paths and dirt tracks in the dry.
The ADDIX rubber compound rolls smoothly across hard-packed terrain but also gives good durability. This compound teams up with a fine tread pattern that provides ample traction for when riding across looser surfaces.
A RaceGuard concept is integrated under the tread and incorporates a double layer of nylon to ward off punctures. The tubeless-ready format gives extra puncture security and also allows lower inflation pressures to be used for a more comfortable and compliant ride over irregular surfaces.

Quality of Product
This is a good tyre when the conditions are right. It's wonderful on the road, really confidence inspiring when it rains, and you feel like you can rail corners and lean on the sides of the tyre beautifully. Also feels nice and soft (in comparison to something like a gatorskin) and you get the impression you are really hugging the tarmac. For light off road use in the UK, it's really not suitable. Anything beyond slightly rugged towpath and it is way out of it's depth - mud clumps to the tyre straight away, traction is limited, and I got a sidewall puncture/tear from hitting a large stone (definitely not into rock territory quite yet) which left the tubeless tyre completely unusable and had to put a tube in for the rest of my 4 day trip. In short, this is a great tyre for road commuting and light gravel - but really, the gravel it is made for is in Europe - think Girona, Germany, France, Strade Bianche style (and a few very select places in the UK). Not a heavy duty tyre at all and I wouldn't trust it on a do-it-all bikepacking trip. Might be on me for choosing the less rugged version but I did expect a slightly more versatile and durable tyre.
