The Shimano Ultegra R8000 11-Speed Cassette is the race-tier 11-speed cassette in Shimano's range. Four gear ratio options cover the race-spec spread - tight ratios for criterium and rolling terrain (11-25, 14-28), through general road (11-28) to mixed terrain (11-30). The 14-28 variant in particular gives tighter sprocket-to-sprocket spacing than the more common 11-28, keeping the rider in their optimal cadence range during sustained efforts.
Construction & Materials
Ultegra-grade construction delivers a weight saving over the 105 HG700 while retaining the same Hyperglide+ shifting performance. Sprockets are machined and profiled for smooth shifts under load.
Compatibility & Variants
Shimano HG 11-speed freehub body. Compatible with Shimano 11-speed road groupsets - 105, Ultegra, Dura-Ace. Four gear ratio options: 11-25 (race-tight), 11-28 (all-purpose), 11-30 (mixed terrain), 14-28 (race-tight with mid-cassette focus). Select the gear range that matches your terrain and racing style.
