For unisex items: Men should choose their normal size.
Women should choose one size down from their normal size. e.g. if usually M, choose S.
(1) Chest measurement is measured around the largest part of the chest with the tape measure horizontal to the floor.
(2) Waist measurement is measured around narrowest part of the torso, generally a couple cm above belly button with the tape measure horizontal to the floor.
(3) Hip measurement is measured around the fullest part of the behind with the tape measure horizontal to the floor.
Maybe I am not trendy enough for this garment but I didn't like the way the arms start half way up the torso, making the sweatshirt look more like a sail than a piece of leisure wear. Returned for a refund which was all dealt with easily.
