This type of bottom bracket is a great example how bottom bracket design every bike manufacturer should consider. Great replacement for problematic Specialized OSBB! Install this and you will forget about creaking from BB and fully concentrate on riding a bike. You will only need to replace bearings from time to time. Solution is this, press fit, but threaded BB. When buying this particular BB, you will need consider two things. 1. Tools - you need 2x 48.5mm - 16 notch tool, 2x because you need to properly tighten BB 2. Spacers - measure your old BB and distance from one crank arm to another crank arm, Q factor should be the same as your old BB. In my case of Specialized OSBB, I need to insert 3.5mm from each side of bottom bracket. All in all, on of the best solutions for BB out there.

Construction & Materials

The angular contact variant disperses load more evenly than standard cartridge bearings, particularly relevant for SRAM cranksets under hard pedalling.
