I spent far too long researching top tube bags before settling on this one. Was looking for something that can hold a fair amount of snacks, while also having some aero dimensions, and that can fit the smaller frame setup of women's bikes. PRO Discover Team Top Tube Bag - 0.7L ticks all those boxes. Can fit many snacks. Could probably fit one small layer instead of snacks, if desired. Fits all my bikes well in terms of length along top tube, and tucking in behind the headset. My one complaint is that the strap around the top tube isn't sufficient to get round and be properly fastened on two-of-the-three bikes I use it on (hence 4 stars instead of 5) BUT despite only being loosely fastened it maintains position remarkably well.
