Trek lights are definitely growing on me. I've had a Flare RT and ION 200 RT for ages and always run them when I'm out, whatever the weather/ light conditions. But the front light was beginning to run down more quickly, and it was never up to the task of lighting the way – more of a being-seen light. So I decided to upgrade to the ION Pro RT, and I'm really pleased I did. In flashing mode it'll keep going for days and it's more than enough to light up dark country lanes in medium mode (which is good for about 3 hrs I think). The out-front mount is great too. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because there's a little yellow patch of light right in the middle of the beam, which I find a little bit distracting. Otherwise pretty much perfect for my needs.
