I've had a Bontrager Hilo comp saddle on my bikes for years now and I love how much top padding there is. Firm but still very compfortable. Now upgrading to the pro model it's the same thing just a little lighter.

Bontrager Hilo Pro Carbon TT Saddle
The sleek, fast Bontrager Hilo Pro Carbon TT Saddle offers you all the comfort and support you need when in an aerodynamic, forward-rotated TT position. This saddle is lightweight at a mere 236g and will unlock all your power and speed for your best performances yet.
The split support zone takes the pressure off your sensitive, soft tissue, and the dual-layer foam, with a soft upper layer and firm base, adds further to comfort levels. The nose structure of the saddle has been designed to ensure stable and symmetric pedalling in a number of positions so whether you are hammering it on the tri-bars or taking a sharp corner, you will remain comfortable and efficient throughout.
Compliance is increased thanks to the oversized carbon rails and Channel Flex on the bottom of the shell. The Speed Storage System (available separately) will securely hold all the essentials including water bottles, an inner tube and inflator.
Please note: This saddle requires an oversized rail-compatible seatpost and seatpost ears.
