Bought these last winter for use in the spring. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get on with them. I'm UK size 8 and bought the 42. Length wise, perfect, but too tight in the toe box. I wanted to use different footbeds for arch support, but there was no chance, and even with the supplied footbed I lose feeling in my toes even on short rides with the strap pretty much undone. For info, my feet are are approx 10.5 cm wide. I also find the holes for cleat position further forward than I would like. It's a shame, as they feel well made and were good value; I can't comment on power transfer as my toes have been numb....They'll be on eBay soon if interested....

Can you help? Looking at buying the Fizik Powerstrap tempo R5. I currently wear Shimano size 11(46) my shoes and trainers are 10.5. They give a bit of room over the big toe joint in which I struggle with arthritis. Any idea with what size to go for?
