I did think initially that these were quite pricey for what are effectively two pieces of plastic! But they are incredibly easy to fit (20 secs literally!) and have really enhanced the feel of indoor training. The movement, whilst at first seems strange gives the bike a much more natural feel more like being outdoors. Best used for training sessions like TrainerRoad or Zwift, not so great for all out standing up efforts, but these tend to be rare and only last for about a minute or less, so 98% of the time they are a great addition. Would recommend!

Bought these motion plates to help with the static time on a trainer. Dispatch was quick and came really well packaged. The plates themselves were very easy to install and use. All you have to do is remove the rubber feet on your trainer and then simply click the plates on and off you go. As for the feel it definitely feels more natural than before
