These Shimano SH12 SPD-SL 2 Degree Front Pivoting Pedal Cleats are a genuine Shimano replacement. These cleats have 2 degrees of movement at the back and are fixed at the front to help alleviate the pressure and strain on the knees, ankles and hips when pedalling. They are compatible with all Shimano SPD-SL pedals.
The cleats include bolts and mounting hardware.

More locked in than the yellow ones and easier on the knees than the grey/red ones. If you don't mind fiddling around a bit with the fitting to get it just right for your legs these are worth the time.
