Got these in a 45 Wide, but they feel more like 0.5 size too small, and they are definitely not what I'd call Wide. Have compared next to my 6 year old Sworks SL7's which are size 45 also, but much wider in toe box. And I have narrow feet so not suited to anyone with wide feet??

With low volume and reasonably narrow feet I have always struggled to find a good fitting cycling shoe particularly these days with the trend mostly on wider fit. These really do come very close to a perfect shoe for me. The heel holds well and the mid and forefoot are snug without too much material getting in the way to allow you to synch them up. The material is soft and so you can go quite snug without any discomfort. The Boas do a good job and seem well positioned so, along with the wrap design of the upper, you get a secure and very comfortable fit. They are light and well perforated in the uppers and, along with decent sole ventilation, the shoe works effortlessly. I did just put the cleats on and jump on the bike and they were as if I'd had them all my life. Cleary a very high performance shoe with great pedigree so nothing to even look to complain about in this department. I am generally a size 46 in most shoes and that is what I bought in the S-Phyres which fit well but leave enough room for my toes as well as thicker socks for winter riding. On top of all these great qualities they are elegant and sleek and really just look very sharp. I couldn't be happier and I got some great service in the store too which is always nice. I'd registered on line and ordered to collect from the store so I saved a pretty decent chunk of change as well.
