These shoes size down 1 size to what you'd normally expect from a EUR sized shoe. So 43 is actually a UK 8, not a UK 9. I found this out too late after I thought they just needed bedding in and now I'm stuck with a pair of used shoes that are too tight. Customer service was unable to help resolve the situation as the shoes were worn.

Shimano RX600 Gravel Cycling Shoes
Lightweight, comfortable and stiff enough for efficient pedalling, the Shimano RX600 Gravel Shoes suit mixed terrain and off-road cycling. The carbon-reinforced nylon sole is paired with a synthetic leather upper that's micro-perforated and incorporates mesh inserts for additional breathability.
A single BOA and Velcro toe strap on each shoe create a secure fit that allows for micro-adjustments. Durable TPU lugs enhance grip when clambering over tricky terrain or up steep climbs and reflective print on the heel aids visibility in low light.
Sizing note:
Shimano shoes run small. For example, if you usually wear a 44, order a 45 here. If you're between half sizes, always go up.
Pedal Compatibility
These gravel shoes are compatible with MTB and trekking pedal systems utilising the 2-bolt cleat system, such as Shimano SPD, Look Trekking and X-Track, crank brothers Candy etc..

Reviews
Bought these shoes recently to replace my old MTB shoes that were past their best and somewhat heavy for gravel riding. These offered a good blend of performance, stiff but not too stiff, grippy looking soles and BOA fastening. They have proved to be perfect for my needs, very comfortable. Sizewise, I would say they come up pretty accurate. I got a 44 and I have space for thicker socks but they are still fine with summer socks. My actual size is more like 43.5. I would recommend these shoes for any recreational rider who wants a great balance between Comfort, performance and value.

Q & A
1 question answered
Is the RX600 available in the wide fit through the website. The ones listed are the standard fit I presume, thanks
Hi there, The RX600 listed on our site is the standard fit only, you're right. Shimano do make an RX600 in a wide fit (the SH-RX600E), but UK Importer doesn't bring this in. Many thanks Joe W
About Shimano
Shifting the way the world rides.
From a single Osaka workshop in 1921, Shimano has grown into the world's most influential component maker. The brand's relentless engineering — Dura-Ace, Ultegra, GRX, XTR — has shaped the way the world shifts, brakes and rides, on the road and off it.
Shimano's flagship groupset, Dura-Ace, has been the benchmark for top-level road components for more than five decades. Every refinement that lands on Dura-Ace eventually shapes the entire Shimano range, all the way down to entry-level drivetrains.
